Looks like it, though if you get a chance, I'd still be interested to know if it really is out of a ford pickup. I tried models all the way back to the 70s, and none had a cable like this...

Just ran into this problem the locking nut slipped. I was thinking of just buying a clutch cable locking nut. However if I can purchase the cable new would prefer.

Worked Ford shops all my life, never seen a pickup with a clutch cable. Don't mean they don't exist, but I never saw one.
