What Kit should I buy?

Hi All,
I am a new subscriber and i don't really know if this is the proper place to ask.
I am seriously thinking of building a 427 Cobra repro and I see that there are several companies to choose from. Which are reputable? Who makes the best one?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
