“Rich passed away about 10:00 this morning with (his wife) Robin and his daughter Debra by his side... he really went downhill quickly this last few weeks... he put up a very courageous fight with dignity and appreciation for everyone who visited him. Rest in peace, our dear friend. Ann”

I was not aware that Rich was Ill. It's a shock to me that He is gone. He was very kind and helpful to me. While he owned Shell Valley he produced Dragon parts for me. I enjoyed seeing him at Run n Gun and at Carlisle. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

There was many a night i rode to and from the races with Big Rich Anderson talking shop and just plain B.S.'n about raceing....I was also friends with his late daughter Darci....both Rich and Darci have left this life to soon....i saddens me to say that i was unable to attend the services for Rich....Rich and Darci will always be a part of me and my life and i long for the good old days of car shows, races, and just hangin out with both of them....
Rich Andersons #9 has raced its last race....
