I bet someone who is better at math than I am , could come up with a formula that proves black pipes are definitely faster than any others .... also , changing the headlight chrome rings this winter to semi gloss black ... to go with the black pipes , roll bar and quick jacks . Maybe that will help top end ???

Buzz........ Swain's coating then painting black adds to the MPH, easy touch up as the ceramic coating is the texture of medium/rough sandpaper

Cool Black Pipes

I sandblasted mine and ceramic coated them black.
I think I bought the stuff from Tech-Line coatings.
I found a local powder coating shop that baked them for me and they finished curing on the car.

I finished the car in 2000 and they still look basically the same as new.
Granted, the car only has about 1,700 miles, but no chips to date.

Yes, I do plan to drive it more this summer, time permitting.

[V=MC3]T whereby, V=vector, [a quantity possessing both magnitude and direction, which is proportional to the magnitude and thrust. M= magnitude, C=color: cubed, and T=thrust. Its really simple quantum physics applied to automotive sciences.

Of course it will also depend on the exact location of the accelerator in conjunction to the amount of power your engine puts out in addition to the level of testosterone you have, related to the distance between your car and the cop chasing you.. tin-man
