new cobra identification-help please

I bought a cobra recently. I dont know who the manufacturer is. It has a fiberglass body,independent rear suspension,floor mounted pedals,91 inch wheelbase,no scoop,original sale date unknown,title says year blank,model cnvt,vin#BRI1283023,original engine unknown,hopefully there is a sharp cobra historian out there who can identify car from the hints that I have so far been able to provide. sincerely; lawrencex@att.net
