Customer has been working out a few low rpms issues that he says he has. He has been working with Fast on this. I do not know if he has run it long enough or not for it to tune some more. I will let you guys know when I here more.

Thanks, Keith

Is there any benefit to running a self tuning efi system, it seems to me that a tunable system would be a better choice, is the cost a huge difference?

Could you elaborate more on the issue? I have the same system. On the dyno we have a problem with high idling, which was solved by synching the throttle bodies accurately, and playing with the airscrews

Self tuning is really good these days. The ECU and associated software can self tune to the specs you provide. If you think it's a little lean or rich in one spot, you tell the computer to tune to a differant AFR

Over the years I have discovered the proper synch is critical. If it's not spot on, no amount of tuning will make it run well. The balance has to be dang near perfect. I spent a lot of time getting mine set up correctly. I eneded up making some new linkage parts to get it exactly right.

Once you have the balance right, the tuning will be much easier, and the car will be a real joy to drive.
