I have an interesting request...

I'm having an article published in Modified Mustangs & Fords and B2 Motorsports will also be placing an advertising ad in that magazine for the next 6 months.

I'm wanting to include a picture of a Cobra in our ad....and I need a good high res shot.

Anyone want to volunteer? I'll accept applicants and the winner will get their car in lights for a few months....

You can post a pic here in this thread, but I'll reiterate that I'll need a really high res shot to submit to the magazine.

Any takers?

How about a beige ERA with 2 foam hoops? Very photogenic and will do wonders for your business...

So you sell right hand roll bars, Brent?
I might be interested!

I will entertain all offers..... ;)

Come on Dave, where's a picture of your ride?

LMH 03-11-2011 07:01 PM

Why don't you use a photo of the pinnacle car of our hobby, a Kirkham.
Larry

blykins 03-11-2011 07:10 PM

Well, I would think the pinnacle car of our hobby would be an original CSX.... ;)

I was wanting to get past the legal/copyright implications of various photos and just get permission from a Club Cobra'er to use a nice photo of his/her personal ride...

Well stated, can't argue with that. :)

Dave, since you're the only one that's taken me seriously.....I'll forward your picture to the graphic designer if you give me permission...

Brent-you need a sideways burnout-get Hotfingrs. He runs 9's---er but it is a Bowtie.

Excaliber 03-11-2011 08:14 PM

....they could photo shop the motor, or keep the hood closed, I promise not to tell. :)

Brent, I just sent you a ZIP file with 4 or 5 HIGH res pics. It's a BIG file, hope you can open it.
Ernie

Low Res sample: Snake in the woods.

For an ad, the picture has to "pop" with color.

...red is perfect! :)

twobjshelbys 03-11-2011 09:51 PM

I just saw this. I've got quite a few. Still need some? What kind of angle are you looking for? Location, backdrop?

I'd argue that...!

I agree with LHM - Larry you are bang on as far as I'm concerned!

Enjoy your CSX - I'd take the Kirkham any day!
Now where can I rob a bank to afford one?

:):):)

I kinda wish I would have thought this through a little better...

I certainly don't want to hurt anyone's feelings if I don't use their picture.
