Looks like it has been sitting out in the rain and wind. Wonder why they cut around the front fenders and the sides of the cowl ?????

The icing on the cake is the Chevy engine

Maybe the guy was really enthused to build it and finish it right when he saw our thread about having a Chevy engine in a Cobra and realized he was wasting his time with that car/engine combination. It may have been OUR THREAD that caused him to become dissolusioned and abandon his work !!!
