Do you drive these things on the road? Do you have to submit a route map to the constabulary whever you take them out?

I am thinking, if the other car made the guy giggle, this one gotta make growd men tremble, become jelly kneed, have extreme anal retentive symptoms, have a very strong desire to urinate and break out into cold sweats, oh, and that's before they get into the beast.
