Good indication of how bad the economic situation is for most folks. People want to sell, prices are down, people are cautious about spending, and then there are those who are not affected at all.
Long list of low cost cars, ....sure wish the world were a happier place.

Couldn't agree more. Not to mention the market has become completely flooded with these replicas. I am currently trying to sell several mid sixties cars that i have restored and i am not getting bites on any of them. It looks like they are going to be wrapped up and in storage for a while until the uncertainty is gone and the economy improves. Could be a while, a long while. Im sitting on a house that will not sell as well. This is a horrific time to be a seller. |

Seems the unique Cobras ie something trick or big HP motors etc. still bring pretty good money but the run of the mill ones sell pretty cheap. I found Ebay is really not the place to advertise as I have sold 5 in the past and did much better with Cobracountry and right here on ClubCobra and never got any good leads from Ebay other than tire kickers!

Is it just me me or is cobracountry extremely difficult to navigate ??? I use Firefox but have also tried IE and find that the site just sucks to find anything specific (like searching for just a Kirkham or Backdraft).
It would be great if someone could help those guys revamp their web site and make it more user friendly.

I gotta say, as a newbie whose just been reading what all you experts have to say, I kept hearing "Cobra Country", "Cobra Country"...so I went over there and it just sucks. I couldn't find anything and what I did find appeared to be an ad to sell a car and then further down the same ad that said it had been sold. Weird place. Not impressed at all. |

Yeah, it stinks. The only way I find to do specific searches is to go the cobra page and just do a "find" (usually "control + F") for Kirkham or whatever and then sort through them. You could also use Google to so a site-only search. Both of these find both unsold and sold cars, which is a bit of a PITA.

Agree. But there will always be people who either have a burning desire to build their own car or just want to be 100% sure they're not inheriting someone else's problems. That being said, there's some pretty great deals out there.
