Gotta say that I'm no huge fan of Shelby the man, but after 30+ years in LE "sumpin' don't smell right" with that story. Not that I looked further but I did notice that there was no mention of a police report. Of course the burden of proof is much lower in a civil court................

Lets not make light of this as it is a serious allegation. Happened at Shelby's home in Dec. 2010. Christmas party for his staff? Who knows. I know nothing about this matter but it is still disturbing if true or not. If true, they all deserve to get in big trouble. If a lie, the lady needs some serious mental help. Just my 2 cents worth.
