Though I'd like to take credit for the word, alas I cannot. I ripped it off from a fake "Wiki" entry in which the ADHD drug Adderall was purported to cure "Lazy Fuktardedness." When I read that I about fell out of my chair laughing and it's been in my lexicon ever since.
