Can somebody help me identify this fuel pump

While I was taking advantage of the beautiful weather today I got stranded at Lowes in the Cobra. I had a real hard time starting it this morning, it would run, die, run, idle for a bit, die again over and over until it finally stayed running.

It was also bogging down real hard in 1st while I was taking off from a stand still. Finally when we got out at Lowes and then got back in after shopping....it just wouldn't start. I finally got it started, drove about 8 parking spots with a severe hesitation and then it completely died. My initial thought is the fuel pump. The paperwork I have with the car states that the engine is a 1967 428. I couldn't necessarily find a pump that matched when I went to the Napa site. I tried Jegs and found a Carter M4008 that looked somewhat the same. Is that the correct one?

Any help identifying which model this comes off of would be great and much appreciated.
