I recently added a NOS mechanical tach drive distributor and Jones tach. NOW I just need to find the 103 octane Chevron "White Pump" @ about 41 cents a gallon, then I will have arrived.

When I first started thinking about a Cobra was considering a big block Chev in the 540ci range,then bumped into a true Ford man.Yup, he was out spoken and said it would be a crime not to put a Blue Oval between the frame rails and sold me a 460. No complaints whatsoever these big Fords built right will ROCK!

I agree. My original plan was a twin turbo BB Chevy. Ended up with a 385 series and could not be happier.

beautiful engine bays above! have to add one more, yes, the filter goes through the hood, but it is convertible for the smaller air cleaner and hood scoop. dry sumped jbl.
