Passenger Rear Wheels Stuck HELP!

First my knock-offs were stuck, I finally got those off with a lead hammer. Now the passenger side rear wheel is stuck on. Is there anything I can't see that's holding it on? The other three wheels came right off. I even got under there and smacked the inside of the tire with the lead hammer all the way around the tire. I can move the wheel side to side a tiny bit by pulling on the tire, but it just won't come off. Any ideas?
The wheels are Trigo's. Pic attached below.
