Default Late model motor sidepipe volume

For u folks out there with late model motors (ie, 4.6, coyote, etc.) what is ur side pipe volume like? I am awaiting delivery of my new ( to me) cobra. It has a 4.6 roush. Based on a video it seems very quite. I used to have a 427w in my previous cobra and standing next to it u couldn't talk and could "feel" the motor. That being said, I did have custom racing pipes on them

Any feedback would be great. Thx and looking forward to being out there again. .

Thx but I've already read through it. Looking for info specifically on late model motors. Duh, now thinking about it maybe it would be similar to a 5.0

Very Quite, similar to the sound of a Prius.

Can not talk and "feel" the engine sounds about right.

Who the hell makes a phone call while going through gears?

Due to the VCT of the Coyote, the sound is quite different from the other modulars. The Roushcharged 4.6 is an animal, the sound is distinct. You also get a little whine with it...

Thx jay. If anyone knows what different motors sound like, you'd be the one.
