Torque Steer

I have a CSX 4000 series with a 427 side oiler engine and I have an issue with the car in the fact under full throttle it pulls to the left or driver side of the car, and when shifting off throttle it wants to go back the other way or back to the line it was on until it started pulling to the left wanting to change lanes, I have had the car aligned 2 times with no difference. Has anyone experienced this? and does anyone have a idea how to solve this problem?
