Basically correct. The coil spring Shelby cars used two different versions of the Cobra emblem button.

BTW, 260 & 289 Cobras were AC's. Referred to as either Shelby AC Cobras or AC Cobras. There is nothing on a leaf spring Cobra that says Shelby.
