May I ask, is the jetting change supposed to cure the boil over?
My webers boil over all the time in hot weather. Of course, I am only talking about a couple of milliliters of fuel. I was nervous like yourself if it was diluting the lube oil, so I took a borescope and watched it puddle on a closed intake valve or dribble onto a piston. In either case the puddle had evaporated after 30 minutes of sitting in those hot places.
