One of the more unique questions that I've read on this forum.  But, I just happen to know the answer.  What you want is Travel Strap Shoulder Padding. Like this, and you can find it on the 'net for not a lot of dough, for instance, here: Travel Blue Shoulder / Seat Belt Padding | Wayfair
