Actually not. Forums are private property. We are all guests here. Think of the moderators prerogative as the logical equivalent of the sign you see in almost all restaurants "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone".

Hmmm...I'm a management side labor attorney who's been litigating First Amendment issues for over 35 years. This is a private site, and you agreed to our terms and conditions when you joined. Oh you didn't have to respond to my post. Your welcome. I sort of wish NYG was a little more seasoned and have visited countries that the gov't controls their internet services through a centralized network and has severe censorship.

Ditto. More should appreciate those that serve.
