Default Good indoor car cover?

It's time to put my car to bed for the winter, and I find myself with 2 Cobras and only one car cover...a real dilemma :-)

I'm looking for a decent indoor cover that won't break the bank.

Any suggestions?

Thanks......Bill

Bill,
I use California Car Cover Co, 800 423 5525, for paint finished Cobras in the shop.
Fit is great and seems to keep most of the dust that comes from a working shop off the car.
Not sure of Price but good quality.
And yes it will fit your HiTech well.

For inside storage these will work great. You need something soft against the paint and one that will breath. Make sure you use the same side against the paint and keep the dirt side out.

I use the one from Finishline. It has a very soft inside layer to protect the paint, fits the car pretty well and isn't too expensive. I believe I paid about $100 for it.

i found the best cover for in the garage is sheets. not any old sheet.
i went and bought flannel sheets king size unfitted.
K-mart, walmart, costco...etc.

one will cover complete front to rear of cockpit the other overlaps and covers the complete rear.
they are really soft, keeps out the dust and won't rub the paint

I have one from California Car Covers. It leaves a residue of soft fibers from the inside of the cover all over the car. I end up dusting the car off anyway after I remove the cover. It works indoors and outdoors. It's just more trouble than it's worth sometimes.

Default Good Indoor Car Cover

I just purchased one from Califonia Car Cover. It is a Dusttop. Is very soft but one thing I noticed the first and only time I removed it was the soft fibers it left on the car!

Jim Norris-has your experience been that this residue of fibers discontinues over time? I think it would be very annoying if it does not and I would be inclined to return it.

Thanks.

Rjw289,
I've had my cover on and off maybe 15 or 20 times. I couldn't remember whether the fibers were there the last time I removed it, so last night I put it on again and took it off this morning... no fibers.

I have used a Budge brand cover for 4 years or more. I'm very satisfied. Paid around $29.95 at Pep Boys.

Finish Line offers a great indoor cover! Check it out on the website. There is also a 15% off sale going on right now. And every 10th order gets a free gift. The car cover is great.

Finish Line has a flanel cover. No need to use bed sheets. Good sale going on right now.
