After looking at the car again I am pretty sure it is an SMC. I have one and the rear fender treatment is the same as well as the dashboard with no glovebox and no instruments to the left of the steering wheel. Mine has the fox body rear and 4" frame rails as well as the orignal Mustang 2 front suspension. They were well built in Arkansas but are out of business now. I really love the car after getting it sorted out. At first I was dubious about the manufacturer but no more.

Help identify my cobra manufacturer!!!

I was hoping you could help me figure out who manufactured this cobra replica that I have. I bought it from a guy who originally bought it to make a jig out of it. All I have is the VIN number that was on the frame. It is VR101502PR01R Do you have any idea? Or could you direct me to someone who does? I am new to forums and relatively new to cobras. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance! |
