Fakeydoo seems right to me, consistent with whooptidoo which embodies that "not caring" sarcasm toward authenticity prevalent in this breed of enthusiast :)

Lots of shamless copycat karma in the Cobra line... the original AC Ace was a knock-off of the Ferrari 166MM Barchetta. So Tojiero was part of the fakeydoo movement, too!!!!

For those of you who are in the process of building or modifying your unreal car, you absolutely have to make time to stop at the Shelby American Collection - a great little museum at Mr. Murray's shop in Boulder, CO. I was there a couple of years ago with camera and notepad in hand - sort of like allowing a convicted forger into the US Mint.

The shape of the FFR wasn't "inspired" by the Cobra. Nope. The Cobra did inspire FFR to copy/duplicate the shape. Subtle but Big difference. What will your FFR inspire? Absolutely nothing from an automotive standpoint. From an enthusiast standpoint hopefully it will inspire more people getting into the "Cobra/Cobra replica (fakeydo) hobby. Going back to our scoring of fakiness - here is my tally, along with a list of the mods I've made throughout the nearly five years that I've been working on my FFR.
Points for not being real = default of 10 Points for mods = 88 I guess that means I missed having a 100 point car by just two - oh well.
