The good news is that I'm here. The docs were able to take care of the immediate problem with stents. I had 100% blockage in the main artery to the heart. My blood pressure and cholesterol has always been good so I was not expecting a heart attack.

I'm getting back up to speed. I'm looking forward to a great summer with family and hopefully enjoying driving my Cobra tribute. Thanks for asking. John

I know Dale and Phillip. Nice people.

Sincere condolences to Phillip.

I guess if you have to have The Big One....do it with a smile on your face after ripping off a few gears in a Cobra

Cobra Fatality - Please Help

Please I beg you to help me. This was my husband. I so want to speak with the girl who took the picture hanging out of the red car. I need some closure and I think she can help me. I’m not looking for names, just a conversation. I need to know what she saw or maybe what kind of car was in front of her. Anything anyone can tell me who was there about whether or not his head was truly down. It couldn’t have been on the steering wheel because of the harness but it could have been slumped over. I really just want to know that he was not alive when he hit the tree and that something happened to him to cause him to drive off the road. He drove that car for 14 years and he’s been a truck driver for over 30, so I don’t believe he would have lost control that morning. There was no reason to. Roads were dry. It was a beautiful morning for a car show which is where he was going.

Please, please help me by passing my contact information below along to anyone that can help me or direct me to whoever can.

With deepest gratitude for any help,

Debbie Kolter

Dear Deb , I read the article from the news story about your husband's accident . Would it be possible to contact your local news and do a follow up story on your search ? Might

It looks like ohekk, the first poster, may know some of the players involved, going by his quote from Facebook. You might try sending him an email or private message if he doesn't respond on this thread.
So sorry for your loss.
Larry
