Not sure why you don't pull the trigger on the SPF sounds perfect. Surprised it hasn't sold.

It hasn't been openly advertised yet. I have not doubt it would sell fairly quickly when advertised. I will be making a decision by the end of the month

The BDR with coyote might be more perfect, won't know until he checks her out.

Sure, it's not a Backdraft. And maybe not a Venom either given the 9" Ford rear. Seems like it could be a TCR aka Shell Valley... But wtf do I know?

For $34K, it gets you into the driver's seat cheap. They are all fakes and parts can always be upgraded.

Thanks for the heads up. Sometimes I think saving money will cost you money whether it's in build quality or depreciation through a different manufacturer. I will check it out it though it never hurts to look. I realize anything can go wrong with these cars and it doesn't take much to set you back 10K.

Yes BUT.....resale can be dodgy. A little more spent can assure a better return on the investment. The reason SPFs, BDRs and ERAs sell for more is the "known quality" of the car and the proven track record of resale and serviceability.
If all someone wants is a car that "looks" like a Cobra there are many lower cost solutions. If you want something that more closely replicates (or exceeds) the performance and "feel" of a Cobra the budget must move upwards.

The answer to both of your questions is no. As fate would have it I got really caught up in work and being out of town at a convention the past week. While I'm out some significant changes in business have created a great opportunity for me with my current employer. As for now I'm on the sidelines. I still do not know what drivetrain I want ect. I'm going to take this time and use it very constructively to decide exactly what I want. I still plan to make it out to Dallas...would like to go july 4th time frame. I have spoken to 2 BDR owners that seek more than willing to show my the cars. In the big scheme of things im fairly young and have time on my side. I need to step up and let this business opportunity be my focus and priority. That Jun 1st price increase from BDR had me thinking foolishly. I was letting it almost push me into making a decision between the BDR and my local SPF option...which is a fantastic car. Current plan is to see more cars, do more research and just enjoy the journey. I would be going to the London event if it wasn't for an out of town work related matter. I still have my 03 cobra as a garage queen so I'm not without some hp somewhere.

The London show is a great idea, too bad you can't make it. That's how I made my decision on what make/drive train etc.
