New Rottler Herad CNC machine due in about 4 weeks

Our new Rottler 5 axis head CNC machine should be here in about 4 weeks. The software on this machine is state of the art and will let us program head ports much quicker than in the past. This along with the DMU-80 and our Newen CNC seat machine that we already have will help us just that much better heads with more programs to offer.
We will be working with engine builders and head porters to program their own ports and offer them better heads at a better price. We will be doing several new heads for the FE and other Ford engine s when this is up and running. It will take about a third the time to program and be running with this new machine.
We will also be able to dimple the intake ports which helps keep the air and fuel broke up for better atomization. This has shown about a 2 percent increase on power on test engines and heads. I am sure it will affect more than other but a neat feature. The intake port will look a lot like a golf ball finish.
We will be doing cast iron and aluminum as needed by our customers. Should even be able to do some 6 cylinder and diesel heads with the longer range of this machine.
