What I hated to see was him lessening the credibility of those that have some honest and serious complaints. Sometimes the only recourse you have is the court of public opinion. I didn't see where he even had a dog in the fight.

I just wanted to take a minute and personally apologize for my outburst earlier in this thread. Please don't get me wrong, I did feel something needed to be said. I could have chosen my words maybe a little better, but nothing seemed to be sinking in with advice from many senior members.
