I have often considered going the full suppression route with the piping and nozzles in engine compartment and trunk and a "Pull For Fire" switch in the cockpit. Mainly because of the time it can take to unbuckle and get out of the car when you may have only seconds and may also be injured.
That said, I am sure if I saw fire, I would be out of the car pretty damn quick!
