Yes, although probably not a side oiler unless he already had the block and heads. A standard or stroked 428 is certainly do-able from a builder for that as I'm an example. I think with clutch, flywheel and bellhousing I came in around the $14k mark. A stroked 390 would come in a little lower yet. |
