Had to do with ERP compatibility, then upcoming upgrade that stalled, payment systems to/from the gov, etc, etc.
I prefer XP to some of MS's later ****e.

Probably still uses a Motorola Razor Flip Phone too.

Google Chrome on a Dell laptop with Windows...sorry, don't know which versions.

I can also view all forum content on my iPhone 6+...most often I think it uses Google Chrome, but I can't be sure...the search icons were programmed in at the factory. [EDIT:my phone uses Safari]

The only problems I have are occasionally there is difficulty getting ANY connection and once I do get connected it seems to take forever to switch from one page to another.

Cheers!

Doug

I made a couple of changes this morning and cleaned the database. Is this still an issue?

I'm still "spinning" when I try to switch from one thread to another...however, it is not every time like it was before.

Seems to be more reliable today than any other recent time. Usually works about half (or less) of the time. I can get on one time and 10 minutes later, no dice.

Running Windows 7 and Firefox latest edition.

I found some long running queries and tried to limit those to see if that helps. Where's the magic fix it button when you need it? :)

rodneym 05-11-2015 03:26 PM

Razor?
That's for you fancy lads.
I'm still good with this...

Hi, No problems. MacBook Pro, OS Yosemite 10.10.3, Safari 8.0.6 current with all updates.

Nedsel 05-11-2015 06:18 PM

I see it. What I don't see is not being able to post a heading with a VIN in it.

I feel like I'm missing some context to your comment. :)

Was there anything in particular that the error indicated?

Certain CSX numbers ******* for instance (C-S-X-2-0-3-2) for example.

The filter put in place due to a wildcard wannabe broker/nut case with the first name Richard from years ago who trolled this forum with multiple user names, making wild allegations about a few original Cobras, and threatened everyone who disagreed with a lawsuit.

It's taken me an hour to get to be able to reply. Things started off so sweet this morning. <1 second response times. Then things got slower by about 2:00 PDT. Then in the last hour, "the connection timed out", multiple, like I said for the last hour before I even got here. Now this probably will fail too.

Brent Mills 05-12-2015 10:03 PM

That's strange...I have been loading the site a lot over today and it's been pretty responsive. There were a couple of times it took a bit longer, but overall pretty snappy.
