Guys, thanks so much for the kind words! I appreciate it.
Evan,
I had to search your CSX# to find your cool vid. I saw it before but it was a while ago. Great job, BTW. And yes, twins indeed! How can you go wrong? :p

I'll bet you are out in the garage just staring at it right now! Just beautiful!;)

Not quite. The engine needs a bit of a deep cleaning. She's a bit dusty!

Rodney...perfection! Don't know if I ever will do it, but as I told Evan long ago, it would be black.
Bravo.

They look fantastic in black, but it's a major commitment to keep it looking that way.
I keep thinking about painting my polished Kirkham, but it's pretty low maintenance as it is and it's getting a nice patina at the front and on the rear arches. :)

Is that a genuine RS200 in the background of one of the pictures? They're a serious piece of kit and possibly the ultimate incarnation of the Group B rally cars.

Looks like a Daytona Coupe body buck hanging from the ceiling in the first pic.
Lots of nice goodies there for sure, including your "new" car Rodney!:)

In general, I'm not a fan of black cars at all. The Cobra is one car that when painted in black just looks beautiful. Evan's Cobra too.
Now, I would never paint my car, because the polished aluminum is just plain unique and even more gorgeous IMO. And just looks like a work of art.
And who in their right mind would paint a Cobra beige of all colors?

I love black cars but get OCD on trying to keep them clean - you just get done and then have to start over.
British Racing Green wasn't much better.
Both my black Mustangs and the BRG Cobra developed microscratches after a couple of years so I took them to a detailer than made them all shiny again.

Good eye, Fatboy. The RS200 is owned by the caretaker of the shop next door. They're friends and share space.

I assume then that it isn't a genuine RS200 because it isn't your average "caretaker" car. :)

Excellent, just like God intended. The only thing better would have been BRG.
