A friend of mine was out watering his lawn one day and a big Mercedes pulled up and asked "how much for the house"? He said "not for sale". Then they opened the trunk and showed him grocery bags full of cash. So much he gave them the furniture and handed them the keys. He now lives somewhere else and is quite happy!
