EPA shenanigans

Looks like EPA blinked after their devious little plan to sneak rules into place got discovered. Note - they don't deny their intentions to clamp down on street rodding - they are only pulling it because they think people confused their intentions to control legitimate motor sports activities. Yeah sure.
