How old is your slab? Is it cracking much? All concrete cracks, but full curing time is important.
If there is no moisture, then maybe another option is industrial sheet vinyl flooring. It comes in big rolls and the seams are welded with a special process so you end up with a seamless floor.
Goes down in a garage like yours in a day. The only issue is that if you have any moisture in the slab and you have the vapor barrier below, it only has to one way to go. Most installers will do a moisture check first.
