RaceDeck has a reputation for being sort of clackety when walking on it. They recommend putting down something like landscape fabric or Tyvek to dampen it but you would need to find someone who has done this to find out how effective it is. Powerwashing would not hurt it I'm certain. It has channels underneath to allow water to drain and water vapor to escape but I suspect drying would be a lengthy process - especially if your floor is fairly flat and not sloped to drain. I probably wouldn't do it.
