28 years here. Five years ago I showed her a photo I snapped of a Cobra replica in a parking lot and said I'd love to have one. She told me to go ahead and get it if I wanted to. Now she's my most frequent passenger. Why she puts up with me I'll probably never know, but glad she does.

Wow, great story! When I proposed to my wife I told her there were three conditions...I ski every year, I have bad ass cars always, and some day I'm gong to get a Cobra. She still has the pics of Cobra that I showed her years ago. Didn't even know that and that was 30 years ago!

43 years here - she helped me build mine in the 80's and even assembled the engine for me.
Couldn't even imagine living without her - she's the best, most supportive, caring and loving person who's brought nothing but joy to my life.

42 Years here......She's not a "Car Gal" at all. Doesn't particularly care to ride in the Cobra,(too hot, noisy and stinky) but, loves to ride in the Corvette, as long as we are going for ice cream. She is very tolerant of my hobby and let's me do as I please for the most part. As we say "Lifes to Short" and "If we don't travel First Class our kids will!"........

Sounds like mine of 36 years - not exactly a car person but she likes to go for rides in my noisy, smelly, brutal, 4.11 geared 427 Corvette coupe. But she doesn't much like the wind-in-the hair experience of the ERA even though it's a more civilized ride. But she puts up with my hobby - she just doesn't want to know anything about the expenses.

Kissing
Once when the Wife and I were cleaning the GT350 I asked her if she had ever " Done It " in a Shelby . " What Model " she says, without a second of thought.
HMMM.

25 years for us this September. Loves my cars, especially Cobras. Was never really into cars except to hang out with me, then I surprised her with a Guards Red Cayman for her birthday. Now, after a couple of track days, I have a new partner there as well!
Dagnab it, now I've gotta get a bigger rig to haul a two car trailer. The things we do for our spouses! he he he!

Every time me and Michelle go for a drive, she always kisses me at this long red light.
I act like I'm embarrassed but who am I kidding. I'm the luckiest guy in the world.
