Yep, thanks for the advice. If fit doesn't mean much, call me athletic then. I do pull-ups and spinning daily in addition to weekly workout.
Believe it, I can jump in and out of the Cobra with no problem. Daytona or GT40 would be fine on that side. It's the seating position that can be terrible for my back (pinching nerves and creating pressure on spinal disks) and the hard steering is wearing too much on my shoulder (partial amputation of coracoid and missing ligaments).
I have been followed by a orthopedist, chiropractor and personal coach, and every doc that sees MRI or x-rays of my body call me a walking miracle! They all want to proceed with a bunch of surgeries to fix me but other than seating in some positions I'm really well. Also, techniques improves so I'm pushing as long as I can, monitoring regression especially on my back and I'll go with surgery when it sounds like the right time to do it.

For the story, I rolled a Miata multiple times through a ravine, braking two telephone posts and passing a cow fence. I think I'm as good as could be, it's been 15 years of dedication (including diet since you mention it) to stay healthy despite 23 bone fractures (including jaw and skull) a bunch of stitches and tong cut! I know my s..t
Again, running, spinning, swimming, basketball, softball, poker, hiking, etc. is NOT what I'm talking about. When you have aches, pains, soreness, cramps, whatever ailment, 99.99% of us do nothing about helping our bodies as they age. We lose muscle and become less flexible as we age. I'm talking about spending 15-30 minutes daily doing mobility, flexibility and range of motion exercises. Most people just don't understand that much of their physical problems (shoulders, calves, knees, elbows, ankles, etc.) can be cured just by doing some basic rolling and stretching.

My point here is to spend money on your body, not your Cobra.
