Problem with forum
Can't seem to post pictures anymore, getting this error at top of page?????
Anybody have the fix? Thanks Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in F:\Inetpub\wwwroot\clubcobra\forums\includes\funct ions.php(5723) : eval()'d code(17) : eval()'d code on line 3 |
The thing at the top has been going on for a week. Not sure if it is related to photos or not.
Here we are again with this fragile thing falling apart. This is the only forum of 10 or so car forums that I monitor (most multiple times per day) that has any problems like this. |
Yes, that's been there for about a week.
Has anybody had this one yet? Am I missing something (could well be) or is there a problem? Cheers, Glen |
cobrakiwi,
I tried this one from your Gallery and it works OK. I have been getting that error at the toip of the page for some time now but only once have I gotten the other one that wouldn't let me log in. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...medium/K_S.JPG Ron |
It's been like that for me too. All kinds of errors, all the time.
I haven't seen a moderator or Mills on here in ages. |

Getting time out errors as well as the same error I mentioned above when trying to load pictures to a post. |
Same here.

I did the same and received no acknowledgement that he received it, though it never came back as undelivered. Maybe it is me but it seems the site is just slowly going downhill more and more.

I'm not experiencing the logging on or picture posting issues, but that means nothing since my mediator status may be cutting through the issues some of you are experiencing. I report the error messages to Brent as soon as I see a thread or someone PMs me. I don't have administrative control of the site...only Brent does. It is true that Computerworks very rarely shows up anymore. I will say that a few of you seem to enjoy ranting about it (not directed at Blykins). Whether due to understandable frustration or some peculiar personality quirk, it does get a bit old...you've pretty well established that you most certainly believe you can do a better job. Good for you believing in yourself. |

I for one enjoy this site especially when most are getting along. No way could I ever have anything to do with trying to keep it up and running having to deal with computer issues. Your dedication to it deserves a pat on the back. My only concern with seeing error messages is that there could be something else attached doing things behind the scenes like we hear of so often. Thank for responding to the concerns/complaints look forward to logging on daily. Mike |
Anybody getting these errors when trying to access certin threads?

I get this error once in a while when trying to open a thread. I get it every time I try to open the thread Under Floor To Side Pipe thread.

I get that same note when trying to open page 2 on the tap about Cobra Club badges.
|
I get it on the FE pages.

I don't even try to get on in IE anymore. It used to be that every time I scanned my PC with Norton it dropped all my sign-ins so I had to re-up, which was good until the next scan. Now I go directly to Chrome where, oddly enough, I never have to sign back in. I blame it on Russian collusion.
