Funny this thread popped up again. I changed my mind again when I received a solid offer for the C1 Vette. I took it and then negotiated a great deal on a '17 Grand Sport 7-speed. More or less an even swap. I was sad to see the old Vette go, especially since I had it 22 years, and I also felt bad because the guy loading it on the carrier was a complete moron (almost wrapped a chain around a brake line). But... I still have the Cobra and will take it out this weekend. And I drove the Vette to Pebble Beach on Sunday and to work 3x already. I know it's just a new car, and it is a depreciating asset vs the old Vette, which is appreciating. It sure is monster fast and fun though. New chapter. Here it is in the "Clean Air Vehicle" spot at work.
