Door sill trim-cobra restorers brand

So my sill had a few nicks that seemed ripe for covering up with a door edge strip. I like the result overall but the terminations look a bit unfinished. The front is hidden behind the hinge bot the back looks a bit rough...since a pair is only $20, I ordered a second pair that I am going to reinstall, the first effort having a couple errors I want to fix.

Anyone have a clean termination for the ends?
