Finish Line Issues?

Anyone had contact with Finish Line recently? I placed two orders (July 7 and 11) that were paid at time of order by PayPal and was emailed invoices, but they have not arrived and no one answers the phone or responds to email? The order from the 7th did get a note that they would be out and resume shipping on the 11th, but having paid for two day delivery the window is pretty much broken?

Has anyone received shipments from Finish Line recently?

On the other site, there was a list of people complaining about lack of CS, but everybody got their products eventually. Some waited quite a while as they must have been out of stock or something, but all arrived.

Finish line

I placed an order several weeks age... Product was back ordered and would take another week or so to be shipped so I waited ... No order came in so I contacted the guy at Finish line and he apologized, said he was basically a "one-horse operation" and relied on his suppliers for all his orders. In other words, he was just a middle-man ordering service. Cancelled the order and went with Cobra Restorers.

We have dealt with FL many times before and have had good service, that they have "gone dark" and do not respond to emails or phone is the issue.

Enzo's service was always spot on.
The new owners did great in the beginning but lacked as time went on.
Never had it as bad as you, though MarkIv.

Finally got a phone call answered today. some stuff is backordered but he will ship the balance today. Says he was out sick but emails going answered are always a concern.

I too go back to Enzo and Paula and they would call if there was a problem.

Going through the same thing with a hitch supplier, call the phone number and you are told to go online for "live customer service" but you get a form. They do not respond to the form or email, if you email you are told to go online. The online form generates a receipt email but no answer. Looks like a PayPal claim.......

I made an order on 7/06.
I know the website stated they were not shipping until the 11th so I did not bother to send an inquiry until a week ago.
Still no response from the email so I guess I will call them.

It does not bother me that things are back ordered or shipped beyond what I expected.
Just a reply back would be nice.

Placed a small order on July24, received a confirmation of shipping on the 30th. There was a slight delay on a prior order, a phone call got it shipped out the next day. If it is indeed a one man show that's a hard proposition to stay on top of things.

Call yesterday and spoke to them.
It was in his outgoing mail as we spoke.
I got the email yesterday stating it was mailed.
I never had an issue with them, just the lack of correspondence.
Cannot wait to see how it looks with the meatballs and vintage decals.
I hope it looks as cool as t does on other cars lol

I have no use for Finishline, I purchased a set of hood locks and they would not fit my Cobra, tried to return them for credit, they refused to return or credit. It was a Christmas present from the wife and could not get them installed until the spring.
Had to sell them on Ebay, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Emailed 3 or 4 times to order, no reply at all.

Do yourself a favor and order the newly "improved" variety.

would you happen to know if they have the set for cobras -- with the two large and one small cans? I can't seem to find any small cans on their website.

I remember that question coming up before and I think the answer was "No." If you want a short can I think you have to get it elsewhere. But, a call to Moss certainly wouldn't hurt.
