Makes me like my roll bar mount a lot.
Oh and as far as weakening it the hole would have to be fairly big. If 1/8" no measurable effect, if a half inch, probably measurable IMHO. |

The hole should be large enough to use a grommet - you don't want the metal edges to abrade the wire insulation. |

It would be LAW that 3rd brake lights are to be a PERMANENT part of the vehicle if required.
