Default It can be done, but should it????

Yeeeeesssssss!! ....but there will be the blow off noise that sounds like a jet engine when letting off WOT or setting your speed before hard cornering or basically any other time, lol. No one seems to care really. When properly tuned it will run like a Bat out of Hell. Raced Lambo's and Ferraris four times the cost or more and hung with all of them.

2 years and counting and no detenation only head snapping power. Before install 400 HP. After atleast 200 or more.... smoke tires in 1,2,3,4 gear.

Note:Everything installed myself. With the right tools and know how will take two weeks to do when considering that I had to work at least 4 days out of each week. If I did again, one week. If you are skerd have a pro do it.

Note2: I chose this route cause I didnt want to mess with yanking the engine, getting rid and an engine, mating tranny up to it or upgrading trannny. Hoping new engine would fit and gosh a million other reasons. Roots vein blower wont fit, trust me. In past posts I said when it breaks things I'll upgrade. Well I think after two years of having a blast the Differential might have had it. I told my wife its time for a 427 Clevor ha! Anyone want to buy my setup?

Anyway, Torqstorm blower took some coaxing to fit but it worked. Had to upgrade a few things that I think every cobra owner should do regardless of adding a blower or otherwise, like Aeromotive fuel supply and return system with braided hoses and fittings (made and installed all of them myself).

Quickfuel Blow through carb a must. Understand Carb basics. Can have an expert set it up but you will have to still tune yourself to get ideal performance. Have yet to put on Dyno but thats next when I can find the time.

Right temp and gapped spark plugs. Know how to read plugs. Pretty cool.

Have a good timing gun to set timing.

In retro spect Probably should have a Air Fuel Mix bung and gauge installed to tune, I didn't. May do that before taking to Dyno.

Totally worth it if you dont want to mess with yanking and pulling and squeezing. Man I gotta keep this PG. Dont let the "No replacement for displacement " comments discourage you. I have run up against them and my car sounds as good if not better, in fact they had no idea and would say holy smokes that sounds good. Of course I am running glass packs lol!

I'm out *** poof***
