Including the spritz of black paint, I may have 25¢ invested in my bracket that I made out of a piece of scrap .125" steel. It fits nicely on my quick jack and is just a simple "T" shape. Little hack sawing, filing, and drilling and ta-da.

The Tommy kicking a dead horse is so much fun when it's you in harness.

Karl, what does your bracket look like and how does it mount up? I also have quick jacks.

Jim, my bracket is a simple "T" shape. Two holes on the down leg for the quick jack bolts and two small holes in the cross leg for the studs on the back side of the badge. Eazy-Peazy

Since everything comes so "Easy Peazy" for you Karlos, I may have to punish you with 1-2 hour phone call, that will teach you The Rot.

I sent an email on Monday asking for status. I got a reply from the lady who's fronting for the organization she said she would check on it and get back to me. To date have not heard anything back from her. I'm starting to get about as nervous as the rest of you. Tommyrot they seem to react better to you than they do to me. How about sending an inquiry for me would you please?

Here's hoping the new badges are as nice as the first batch. I'm very pleased with the ones I received, soooooo long ago.

Then, there's the issue of the infamous TommyRot mounting bracket....
Lest we forget

Texn8, the order for this second round of badges was submitted a few months ago. If you're lucky, maybe someone ordered extras and might sell to you.

Karlos, you just earned yourself a 2-hour call So I can explain in detail's (Word for word) on the whereabouts of these masterfully produced badge holders from Ol'Skip. Oh Brother, I don't know what I was thinking back years ago by even mentioning these, before Skip ever made any. (Hindsight is 20-20) Karlos, Check this Honda Civic out, that my Buddy built years ago. I know it's not a Cobra, but still WAY COOL !!! 100K Civic ????? https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1984-honda-civic-5/

Texn8, I have a couple of extras in the order. Send me your contact information and a check, and I'll see that you get one.
