Cobra Chassis Solidworks 3D Model
Has anyone fiddled with building a Solidworks assembly on here? If so it would be great to share and collaborate. A friend of mine is designing his own chassis and would like to use an existing Solidworks file to develop further and change to fit his design. If at all possible?

I teach CAD. Solidworks and Autocad Inventor would be the two top choices for such a project. Pro Engineer would be older. There are sites where people post and share the files for work they have done. Thingiverse is one of them. I do believe Factory Five uses Pro Engineer for CAD but I don't think they will give you the files. Here is an example oh FF5 CAD work.
