Default RIP Santiago Fonseca

I found out today that Santiago Fonseca, one of the longest duration members of the Deep South Cobra Club, has died of the Covid-19 virus. He put up a weeks-long battle in the hospital but in the end it proved overwhelming.

Rest in peace, Santiago, and I hope there's a Backdraft for you wherever your spirit may be.

All y'all be careful out there - this thing isn't over!

Tom

Thanks Tom for the kind words and thoughts. Anyone who ever met or spent some time around knew of his infectious personality. One of us who love these silly little cars, but become friends whom you love or care for more.
All of us in the Deep South Cobra Club are feeling this loss for a long term member.
Keep driving them boys, and remember it's your car, color it whatever you like, put in it what you want, and make it your own REAL or ORIGINAL
RIP our friend.

Boy, on top of everything else going on (riots, impeachment, covid 19) now this!
Hard to believe, Santiago was a big, robust guy, felled by this invisible virus, We will miss him, the cruises won't be the same.
Hope all CC members are taking this seriously ! The masks and avoiding crowds is all we have right now, so be careful about where you go, and what you do !

R.I.P. my friend.
