The store in Martinez - Cobra Performance- totally dropped the ball. Ordered a trim bezel they have in stock, no contact for over a week, finally got a email response once saying they would overnight the part, no part for over a week still. Multiple emails with no response and several calls with no response. I was very polite as well. I had to dispute charges as no contact could be made and I needed to get this complete. I received a refund immediately as "case closed" from PayPal. Re-ordered from another supplier, same day got tracking and 2 emails verifying order and shipment.
