Default Must have posted in the wrong area

I made a post in the lounge a couple of days ago and only got one view. I guess nobody reads the threads there.
Anyway, are there any artistic welders here that is good with tig welding. I'd like to have one of these made to display with my Cobra.

Agreed! That is a very cool example of 'artistic' welding. I like it !

Sadly, my welder could have done that, he was a true artist, and a great price. Unfortunately, he passed away on December 24th and his wife on the 30th from Covid, no vaccinations! The last job he did for me, were two broken fins on a cast iron cylinder for a 36 Harley WLD. I brought him two scrap fins, told him I would grind it down and shape them later. When I came back a couple of days later, there was my cylinder with the fins repaired and the two scrap peace's lying next to it. He had built each fin up with consecutive welds, then shaped them, must have taken him a day or more. I asked how much? He just said, I could get him next time! Of course there was no next time! All of us that new Jerry are really broken up big time!

I don't think the site is counting views correctly anymore! Look at some of the threads that have been around for a while and the view count is way low...
