From my personal experience, I would only provide a Cobra to a teenage boy if I really didn't like him and wanted him dead.

Just because you can write checks has no bearing on your ability to drive...anything. But I believe that most people can learn to drive a Cobra or whatever, at least to the point that they aren't too dangerous. A competent and patient coach/instructor, often not a husband or parent, can guide the new driver to reasonable levels of competence. Jim |
A young person's brain hasn't fully developed by16-20yo. And with kids playing Video games, that with a push of a button (to Reset itself "All good"). Not in the real world a Cobra is no place to start a learning curve. You not only have a to have the ability & a mature mind, to track a Cobra, but to do it Safely, you need the "Drivers Gene" which 99% of younger people don't have. In other words, "Self-Perseverance to grow old" I started racing in my younger days, and NO WAY would I have started with a Cobra!!! This is coming from a two-time National Champion in SCCA.
